Yes! Store N' Style Co is proudly Australian owned and operated. Based in Melbourne, Victoria, we're a family-run business passionate about helping Australians create organised, beautiful homes.
We carefully source our products through trusted suppliers in both Australia and overseas, ensuring every item meets our high standards for quality, functionality, and style. All orders are packed and dispatched by our Melbourne team.
Who do you ship with?
We partner with Australia Post to deliver your orders safely and efficiently across Australia. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking email so you can follow its journey every step of the way.
How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days from our Melbourne warehouse.
Please note that dispatch times may be slightly longer during busy periods, including sales, promotions and public holidays.
Do you offer Click & Collect?
At this stage, we are an online-only business and do not offer Click & Collect.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Australia.
Many of our products are larger or made from glass, so we've chosen to focus on providing safe and reliable delivery Australia-wide.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email from Australia Post containing your tracking details.
You can use this information to track your parcel from dispatch through to delivery.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care when packing every order. However, if your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@storenstyleco.com.au.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged product and packaging
Our customer service team will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Are your containers airtight?
Yes. Our glass jars and food storage containers feature premium bamboo lids with silicone sealing rings to help create an airtight seal.
This helps keep pantry staples fresher for longer while protecting them from moisture and air.
What are your labels made from?
Our labels are made from premium-quality removable vinyl that is both waterproof and UV resistant, making them ideal for everyday use throughout your home.
What surfaces can your labels be applied to?
Our labels are designed for smooth, clean surfaces such as:
- Glass
- Plastic
- Acrylic
- Smooth metal
They are not suitable for fabric or textured surfaces. While they may adhere to some smooth timber finishes, adhesion cannot be guaranteed.
Are labels dishwasher safe?
To maximise the life of your labels, we recommend gently hand washing any jars or containers they are applied to.
Dishwashers, high temperatures and prolonged water exposure may reduce the lifespan of the vinyl over time.
Are your labels easy to apply?
Yes! Simply peel the label slowly from one corner and carefully position it on a clean, dry surface.
Our labels feature unique arch and ripple-edge designs, so we recommend taking your time during application for the best results.
For maximum adhesion, allow the label to cure for 24–48 hours before washing.
How long do your labels last?
With proper care, our premium vinyl labels are designed to last 3–5 years or more.
To maximise their lifespan, we recommend:
- Hand washing only
- Avoiding abrasive cleaning products
- Avoiding prolonged exposure to high heat
Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Are your products BPA free?
Yes! Many of our food storage products are made from BPA-free, food-grade materials, making them a safe choice for storing your everyday pantry essentials. Individual product materials can be found on each product page.
Are your glass containers dishwasher safe?
Our glass jars are dishwasher safe; however, we recommend hand washing the bamboo lids to preserve their natural finish and extend their lifespan. As bamboo is a natural material, prolonged exposure to water and high heat may cause cracking or warping over time.
How do I care for bamboo lids?
To keep your bamboo lids looking their best:
- Hand wash only using warm, soapy water.
- Dry immediately after washing.
- Do not soak in water or place in the dishwasher.
- Occasionally apply a food-safe mineral oil to help maintain the natural bamboo finish and prevent drying.
With proper care, your bamboo lids will remain beautiful and durable for years to come.
Do you sell replacement lids?
At this stage, we do not sell replacement lids separately. If you have any concerns about your order or believe you've received a faulty product, please contact our customer service team at info@storenstyleco.com.au, and we'll be happy to assist you.

Our digital gift cards are delivered via email and can be redeemed online across our entire collection, allowing your recipient to choose the products they love most.
